$5 for Foundation Members
$10 for Non-Members*
* Membership in the A. Sheila Boyd Foundation is $15/year and $10/year for seniors (60+)

DEADLINES
Deliver all work to the Gallery on Thursday, October 2, 2008, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. The Gallery is located in the historic Boyd Building, 21 Canal Street East, behind the Bobcaygeon Library.
Artists will be notified by October 11, 2008 of works not accepted for exhibition. These works must be picked up by the Artist October 11 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Works selected for exhibition must be picked up by the Artist October 30 from 10 am and 3 pm.
AWARDS
Awards will be presented at the Opening Reception on Saturday, October 4, 2008.
Juror’s Choice Award - $50
3 Honourable Mentions – 3 Ribbons
The People’s Choice Award is presented at the end of the exhibit to the Artist whose work received the highest number of ballots during the Exhibit.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Maximum 3 pieces per artist.
Note: All work must be accompanied by the appropriate fee.
2. Each work must be clearly labeled with artist’s name, title, medium and sale
or insurance value attached to the back.
Note: If the work is not for sale, label “NFS”.
3. The artist agrees to the reproduction of their art for gallery promotion and
marketing purposes.
4. All work must be original and completed within the past 18 months.
Note: Work done as a class project or exhibited in other shows is not eligible.
5. All work must be framed and prepared for display.
6. Work may not exceed 36” x 36”.
7. Work sold during the show is not subject to commission by the Gallery.
8. The Gallery will assume responsibility for loss or damage through theft, fire,
vandalism from time of arrival until the specified pick-up time.
9. Works may not be removed from the Gallery until the exhibition closes.
10. Work may include painting in any medium, drawings, sculpture or
photography and mixed media.
